DESCRIPTION:An Immersive exhibition “There Was a First Time” is organised in April at Louis II Stadium to celebrate its 40th anniversary. \nThe exhibition will be staged along the pedestrian walkway inside the stadium\, newly renovated for the occasion\, and will be open to the public for several months. It will highlight landmark firsts at the stadium: the first football match\, the first world record\, the first archery competition\, the first concert\, the first boxing gala and many others. \nThanks to archives\, photographs and posters contributed by various organisations and bodies\, visitors will have the opportunity to relive these historic occasions and gain a sense of the impact that the Louis II Stadium has had on sport and culture in Monaco.

This is exactly the bold challenge taken up again by the organizing committee of this edition of the fully electric Rallye Monte-Carlo\, the 13th and penultimate round of the 2025 Bridgestone FIA ecoRally Cup\, which also celebrates the 30th anniversary of its creation and innovations. \nWith a 14 Regularity Stages’ (RS) route and more than 230 timed kilometers\, this year’s event promises to be even tougher than previous editions! While its secrecy has been dropped\, the rally still boasts a rich\, intense and demanding program. The ceremonial “Grand Start” will once again take place in the sumptuous setting of Monte-Carlo’s Casino Square\, a symbol of elegance and tradition. DESCRIPTION:Within the framework of Cinema through the seasons (episode 3) several films will be screened on Thursday 16 October 2025. \nExtensive and eclectic\, the Cinéam films showcases the dream of a group of film enthusiasts who share a common passion for creating high-quality films “on a small scale.” There’s no need to be a film aficionado to achieve this: all you need is a fertile imagination\, a little audacity\, and above all\, perseverance. As part of the exhibition dedicated to Cinéam\, this film screening\, organized in the presence of the filmmakers\, their families\, and witnesses from that era\, highlights some of the club’s most iconic films\, which have been preserved and archived by the Monaco Audiovisual Institute (IAM). \nDetails of the films screened: \nHappy Birthday\, 1957\nThis somewhat unusual dinner\, where everything goes wrong\, is reminiscent of the trick films of Georges Méliès. \nSanta Devota\, 1958\nThis docu-drama brings to life the legend of Saint Devota\, the martyr saint\, patroness of Monaco and Corsica. \nDance School\, 1961\nThe dance students of Suzanne Papova at the Monaco Studio willingly participate in the filmmakers’ staging. \nThe Lost Ship\, 1983\nOff the coast of Monaco\, divers and amateur detectives search for the wreck of a ship bombed during World War II. \nMúnegu\, 1986\nIn the 1980s\, members of the club filmed the neighborhoods and major events of the Principality using the CinemaScope format. \nCompilation of archival footage of construction sites\nDevelopment of Boulevard Charles III and Avenue de Fontvieille\, 1984-1985 \nThe exhibition is open for viewing before or after the screenings. \nTickets available on-site on the day of the screening\, starting at 6:30 pm.
