Quiet temples\, contemplative landscapes\, vibrant cities and contemporary aesthetics unfold in a richly immersive artistic experience. \nAbout the artists – Franck Solimeis and Carole Micallef\nA self-taught photographer born in Monaco\, Franck Solimeis has cultivated a distinctive visual language inspired by his travels. From Greenland and Namibia to the Atacama Desert and Madagascar\, his journeys across the globe reflect an enduring pursuit of authenticity and emotion. Yet it is in Japan that he discovered a deeply personal connection. \nThrough his lens\, he captures the quiet stillness of temples\, the precision of time-honoured gestures and the vibrant energy of sprawling metropolises. His work reveals a multifaceted Japan – at once ancient and ultra-modern\, contemplative and electric. More than a travelogue\, his photographs become fragments of memory: suspended moments that invite reflection on our own relationship with time\, balance and harmony. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n“I’m not sure whether photography led me to travel\, or whether my love of travel inspired me to capture these unique moments\,” he explains. “Japan has become a country close to my heart. DESCRIPTION:The 42th Primo Cup – UBS Trophy\, organized by the Yacht Club de Monaco\, is held on 5-8 March 2026 in Monaco Bay. \nCreated in 1985\, the Primo Cup is one of the most prestigious regattas on the Mediterranean\, attracting over 800 sailors every year. As if this romantic misfortune weren’t enough\, from their eternal vantage point\, Oberon and Titania\, the gods and fearsome lovers of the forest\, amuse themselves with the heartaches of these mere mortals and send the whimsical Puck after them\, to add yet another layer of chaos to this farcical situation.

DESCRIPTION:Monacollecte 2026 is organized on March 6 & 7\, 2026 from 10 am to 7 pm at the Fontvieille Espace. \nThe Prince’s Government and the Monegasque Sanitation Company (SMA)\, in partnership with the Monaco City Hall and Carrefour\, are once again holding MonaCollecte\, their solidarity event focused on collecting\, reusing\, and recycling waste. This year\, the theme of this 5th edition is “Zero Waste.” \nDuring this event\, bring everything you want to get rid of to one convenient location! Several charities will be on hand to collect items that can be reused (clothing\, toys\, books\, computer equipment\, small appliances\, etc.). The rest will be processed through SMA’s recycling or treatment channels. Free activities and information booths about waste collection\, sorting\, recycling\, reduction\, and reuse will be available.
