SUMMARY:La rencontre (The Meeting) in the Princess Grace Theatre
DESCRIPTION:La rencontre (The Meeting) will be on stage of the Princess Grace Theatre on 1 October 2026 at 8 pm. \nWe cross paths with so many people\, but do we truly meet them? \nWhat constitutes a genuine encounter? Where does its power to change our lives—and reveal us to ourselves—come from? How can we open ourselves up to this adventure in a world of algorithms and echo chambers? \nIn a one-man show written by Charles Pépin—adapted from his bestselling book *La rencontre\, une philosophie*—Thierry Lhermitte reflects on the encounters that have shaped his life (from his buddies in the *Splendid* troupe to… his horse!) and poses a profound question: by avoiding the risk of truly meeting others\, might we be missing out on our own selves? \nFeaturing: \nThierry Lhermitte \nDirector\nSteve Suissa \nLighting\nJacques Rouveyrollis\, assisted by Jessica Duclos \nSound and Music\nMaxime Richelme \nAssistant\nSophie Gubry
