Post offices & mail delivery in Monaco

The post offices and mail delivery in Monaco: what, how and where

The mail delivery in Monaco offers postal and banking services jointly with the Mail Delivery of France. The tariffs and delivery of international packages services are all borrowed from the French system, and only the stamps belong exclusively in the Principality.

The main postal office of Monaco is located in La Scala building to the right from the Hermitage hotel. Here you need to pick up a paper number and wait until your number is called at the operating window. Most officers of the main post office speak English, or you can always find someone who will help you with translation here. You will have to use your French in the district postal offices.

Attention! If you received a certified registered letter, or a package, but you were not at home to sign and confirm its receipt and/or pay customs fee, you will have to show the residency card or passport at the postal office to collect your mail.

Mail is delivered daily from Monday to Saturday in the first half of the day.
