This year, Monaco Town Hall is offering Carnaval d’hiver (Winter Carnival) for children (…and adults!) in Monaco on Wednesday February 21, 2024 from 11:15 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Monte-Carlo Market & Condamine Market.
There will be stilt walkers, balloon sculptors but also make-up workshops, giant bubbles and strolls which will punctuate the end of school. Everything will come together to experience a moment of celebration and fun. Don’t hesitate to come dressed up to make the party even crazier!
