Alisa Medvedeva began her vocal studies at the Saint Petersburg Conservatoire in 2019, graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance. During her academic years, she gained international recognition, earning 3rd Prize at the Rachmaninov International Competition and 2nd Prize at the International Stravinsky Music Competition. On the Conservatory stage, she brought to life roles such as Annina in La Traviata, Brigitta in Iolanta, and Suor Genovieffa in Suor Angelica, and delighted audiences as the Cat in Brundibár at the Mariinsky Theatre. Her talent was further celebrated at the “Tribute to Elena Obraztsova” Festival in Skopje.
After graduation, Alisa moved to Geneva, Switzerland, to continue refining her artistry under the guidance of renowned mezzo-soprano Juliette Galstian. Her repertoire spans a rich array of roles, including Zerlina in Don Giovanni, Prilepa in The Queen of Spades, and Papagena in The Magic Flute, with upcoming projects including Musetta in La Bohème and Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro.
The summer of 2025 marked a series of remarkable European engagements. Alisa opened the season as a special guest with Il Divo at the Wiener Stadthalle on June 24th, then honored the legendary Elena Obraztsova at a gala in St. Petersburg on July 7th. She captivated audiences at the Verao Classico Festival in Lisbon on July 24th, appeared alongside Andrea Bocelli in Porto Cervo on August 9th, and performed in Győr, Hungary, on August 27th with the Győri Philharmonikusok under Maestro Arkady Beryn. The season continued in September with another special appearance at Andrea Bocelli’s concert in Bucharest, conducted by Maestro Rota Marcello.
A refined musical celebration in honor of International Women’s Day.
