La Vuelta Monaco
The Principality will be hosting the Grand Departure of La Vuelta on 22 and 23 August.
The first stage of La Vuelta 26 will be an individual time trial on Saturday, August 22. The second stage of the race will follow the next day, Sunday, August 23. Discover the routes!
Stage 1: Time Trial
Saturday, August 22, La Vuelta 26 kicks off with a 9.6-kilometer individual time trial through the streets of Monaco. The race will start from the iconic Place du Casino.
The route, meanwhile, will showcase the iconic locations of the Principality: the Place du Casino with its Hôtel de Paris and Café de Paris, the Moulins district, the Fairmont bend, the Larvotto district, the Port Hercule, the Port de Fontvieille, the Circus tent, the Stade Louis II and the arrival at the start/finish line of the Grand Prix Automobiles.
Stage 2: Official Race Launch
The second stage of the race will take place on Sunday, August 23rd. The ceremonial start will be from the Place du Palais Princier, while the official start will be from the Jardin Exotique. The runners will then set off towards France.
