Oktoberfest
October 25 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
€10 – €15
Oktoberfest, a concert with Nicolas Delclaud & David Lefèvre, violins, Katherine Nikitine, piano followed by Monte-Carlo beer tasting, is arranged on Saturday 25 October 2025 at 7 pm in the Reformed Church of Monaco.
Les Concerts de la Voûte invites you to discover a duo of two great violinist friends: David Lefèvre, artistic director of Les Concerts de la Voûte and principal first violinist with the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, and Nicolas Delclaud, concertmaster of the second violins in the same orchestra.
They will perform works that are as moving as they are virtuosic, even breathtaking: Eugène Ysaÿe’s Sonata for Two Violins, Op. 27, and Jean-Marie Leclair’s Sonata for Two Violins, Op. 3.
The charm of the strings, their power and their virtuosity will transport you to a truly unique evening, illuminated by their friendship.
Katherine Nikitine will join them on piano for Five Pieces by Dmitri Shostakovich, transcribed for two violins and piano. You may have heard some excerpts from this during the wonderful ballet “The Taming of the Shrew” at the Grimaldi Forum during the Christmas season of 2024…
This concert, with its highly original and eclectic program, reflects the emblematic regions represented in the festival: Belgium with Ysaÿe – the land of beer, if there ever was one! – the Lyon region with Jean-Marie Leclair – another region that embodies friendship and conviviality! – and finally, Shostakovich’s Russia.
The concert will be followed by a tasting of the prestigious Monte-Carlo Beer, a gem of Monegasque gastronomy that has earned an excellent reputation worldwide and is a true ambassador of the Monegasque spirit: a taste for excellence, conviviality, and the good life.
It is an honor for the Les Concerts de la Voûte team to welcome one of its founders, William Schaeffer, who will present his work and offer you a taste of his iconic Pression Blonde beer!
Some Tyrolean delicacies will also be available for tasting…
So don’t hesitate, reserve Saturday, October 25th to celebrate the spirit of festivity and friendship!
