Open Wines & Spirits Tasting – tasting of award-winning wines and spirits, on the theme “Women and Wine-Making Around the World”, organised by the associations “Femmes et Vins du Monde” and “Inter Concours du Monde” on Sunday 8 March 2020, from 12 pm to 4.30 pm Le Méridien Beach Plaza – Salon Atlantique.
To celebrate the end of the 2020 international wines and spirits competition season, a “Special Wine Tasting Open” will take place on International Women’s Day. The event will be a chance to discuss key issues on the topic of “Women and Wine-Making Around the World”.
Members of the public are cordially invited to come along and meet the women oenologists, sommeliers, buyers, and journalists from the specialist wine press, and to take the opportunity to taste some of this year’s award-winning wines and spirits. Over refreshments prepared by renowned Chef Laurent Colin, visitors can chat to the international wines and spirits experts present.
Cultural activities will be organised throughout the event, along with a prize draw in aid of the charity “Fight Aids Monaco”, whose President is H.S.H. Princess Stéphanie and which works to help women affected by AIDS.
