Printemps des Poètes (Spring of Poets)
Printemps des Poètes (Spring of Poets) – Teen Flow around Slam and Rap with Yass Sogo is organized on 26 and 27 February 2026 at 2 pm in Médiathèque Caroline.
For the Spring of Poets festival, a slam poetry workshop is being offered to explore the power of spoken words and the musicality of language.
Led by Yass Sogo, rapper and French teacher, participants will learn to write, recite, and experience slam poetry: a living, vibrant form of poetry meant to be shared aloud.
Through writing, performance, and recording, the young slam poets will create intimate and poetic texts where each word finds its note.
Their creations will then be shared during a musical interlude at the Monaco Media Library on March 31 at 12:15 pm, a moment of poetic listening and respite, where the audience can be carried away by the voices of these inspired young people.
