“The Metamorphosis of the Storks” in Theatre Princesse Grace

The play “The Metamorphosis of the Storks” will be on stage of the Princess Grace Theatre on Wednesday 20 March 2024, at 8 pm.

The “Metamorphosis of the Storks” is the violent and simple story of a man shut in a room with an empty cup. For an hour, he attempts to follow the protocol without which his project will not see the light of day: to create life through in-vitro fertilisation. As a series of characters appear to him, each so eager to seem pragmatic that they ultimately seem mad, Marc Arnaud describes a most trivial situation with great poetry, and transforms his sordid prison into the fantastical world of his imagination.
