Demetrius loves Hermia with an exclusive love, but she falls for Lysander, who is himself madly in love with Helena, who, in turn, dreams of seducing Demetrius. As if this romantic misfortune weren’t enough, from their eternal vantage point, Oberon and Titania, the gods and fearsome lovers of the forest, amuse themselves with the heartaches of these mere mortals and send the whimsical Puck after them, to add yet another layer of chaos to this farcical situation.

And for kids there is a play “Thank You For The Gift!” will be on stage of Le Théâtre des Muses on Wednesday 4 March at 3:00 pm, Saturday 7 March at 11:00 am and 4:30 pm and Sunday 8 March at 11:00 am.
In the Lépine family, being a hedgehog is a family tradition… and a unique one at that as Bernard, unlike all his hedgehog friends, is strangely the only child. Finding this peculiarity difficult, he dreams of having a little brother with whom he can share his snails with apricot jam and pop balloons by jumping on them. But when the adorable little one finally arrives, Bernard’s excitement turns to disappointment. After some thought, he decides he wants the little one back!

Festival season continues on Cote d’Azur. The arrival of spring to Nice is unimaginable without its traditional Nice Carnival and flower parades. Its 2026, held from February 11 till March 1, its theme is “Vive la Reine!” with the most colourful scenery, huge inflatable sculptures, live music and tons of confetti. Are you ready to take part in its fragrant battle of flowers? Or enjoy a scenic night corso parade? Then head to Masséna Square in Nice and get ready for tons of fun!

Menton and lemons are inseparable! Not only is this fragrant fruit cultivated in the city, but the annual festival featuring giant lemon and orange sculptures seems to bring them to life. The Lemon Festival in Menton, on February 14 – March 1, traditionally hosts fruit parades, light shows, street animations and fairs. Its 2026 theme is “Wonders of Life”.

And don’t forget about the exhibitions. For example the New National Museum of Monaco is dedicating an original exhibition to cacti and succulent plants on 06.07.2025 – 11.01.2026, in collaboration with the YVES SAINT LAURENT Museum in Marrakech, which initiated the project in 2024. Curated by Marc Jeanson and Laurent Le Bon, with scenography by Jasmin Oezcebi, “Cactus” offers a dual perspective, botanical and artistic, on these plants.
Of course there are other interesting events taking place in Monaco. If you want to learn more about them visit our Calendar.
So have fun and enjoy your weekend!
