All Hallow’s Eve is almost upon us, and Monaco has a full program of events for witches and ghouls of all ages. Trick-or-treating, magic shows, face painting workshops for the young ones and late-night costume parties at iconic clubs for the young-at-heart are all on our special Halloween to-do list…
Halloween at the Park
A bewitching afternoon at Princess Antoinette Park will take place on Halloween (Friday, October 31, 2025) from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
On the program: mascots, a witch, a costume contest, a photo booth, face painting, a DJ, lots of candy and a bake sale (upper entrance to the park – Boulevard du Jardin Exotique). A big game will also be offered by La Boîte de Jeux (lower entrance to the park – Boulevard de Belgique).

Casino Square gets dressed up for Halloween
On the iconic Casino Square, in the heart of Monaco, spooky Halloween decorations, featuring giant moths and glowing pumpkins will be on display. The facades of the Hôtel de Paris, the Hôtel Hermitage, the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, the Café de Paris, the shopping aisles around Casino Square and the Allée François Blanc are all being transformed into an eerie and magical wonderland.
Trick-or-treating at the SBM
What would Halloween be without trick-or-treating? Every child staying at one of the Group’s hotels (Hôtel de Paris, Hôtel Hermitage and Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort) will receive a small bag in their room, along with a map outlining various candy collection points within the Resort.
Magic Show and Halloween Party at New Moods
New Moods, which reopened on October 2, is celebrating Halloween on October 29. Children ages 4 to 7 are invited from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm for “Halloween Magic.” The program includes a magic show, creative workshops, candy stalls, and face painting.
Afterwards, it’s time for “Boum”, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for children aged 8 to 12, with a dance party, a DJ and a delicious aperitif buffet. (€45 euros per child, free access for accompanying adults. À la carte drinks on the mezzanine.)
Gourmet Halloween Meals at SBM Restaurants
The Café de Paris Brasserie will be transformed for a special Halloween Lunch on Friday, October 31. Decorations, trick-or-treat bags, face painting and a festive and friendly lunch with a themed menu, for people of all ages.
On Saturday, November 1, the Marlow restaurant will have a Halloween theme for its weekly brunch. Decorations, trick-or-treat bags, face painting artists and a special menu will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Menu starts at €55, free face painting for children.)
On Sunday, November 2, the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort’s Sunday Champagne Brunch Party at Espace Calypso will be Halloween-themed. The traditional buffet will feature a gourmet candy bar, a magician, and face painting for children from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Menu starts at €35 for children 3-5 years old; €68 for children 6-12 years old; full-price for ages 12 and up: €135 with unlimited Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne.)

All-night Halloween Parties
“Buddhalloween” at the Buddha-Bar will combine mystical decor and unique flavours, blending the establishment’s signature “Asian fusion” cuisine with pumpkin flavours, from October 28 to November 1. On Halloween night, costumes will be required for a unique, fully themed gastronomic experience.
Jimmy’z Monte-Carlo, the Principality’s legendary party venue, will be hosting a costume party on Friday, October 31. Frightening decor and an electric atmosphere with the Tantrüm collective will have guests dancing all night long.

Halloween at the Casino
The Café de Paris Casino will be celebrating Halloween from October 24 until November 2 with a “Lucky Wheel” worth over €60,000. Performances, artistic entertainment and DJs are on the line-up for October 31 and November 1, as well as a Candy Bar and face painting on October 31.
Fall Discounts at the SBM
The Société des Bains de Mer is offering a 20% discount for any stay from October 18 to November 2 at the at the Hôtel de Paris, Hôtel Hermitage and Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. Accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included in the hotels for children up to and including 5 years old. For children ages 6 to 11, an extra bed is included and a 50% discount on meals at the hotel. Chocolate surprises prepared by the SBM Sweet Centre, colouring masks and Halloween tattoos will welcome guests in their rooms.
