Monte-Carlo Beach unveils New Transformations for Spring and Summer Seasons

The Monte-Carlo Beach will reopen its doors on 13 April after its winter break, ready to unveil new changes. Hailed as a “true institution on the Riviera's hotel scene for almost a century” the establishment began transforming in 2024 with the arrival of René Blino as General Manager.

The Monte-Carlo Beach will reopen its doors on 13 April after its winter break, ready to unveil new changes. Hailed as a “true institution on the Riviera’s hotel scene for almost a century” the establishment began transforming in 2024 with the arrival of René Blino as General Manager.

What’s new in 2026?

This season, the Monte-Carlo Beach will unveil La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo, as well as a Lamborghini Monaco “cool room” (s a private lounge where clients can select colours, materials, and details for their supercars in a highly luxurious, intimate, and tailored setting).

Throughout 2025, the Beach Club underwent several other transformations. Le Deck was given new décor by Dorothée Delaye, Maona from Mykonos was added, designer Jacquemus joined the establishment’s teams, padel courts were opened, and a Michelin star was awarded to the Elsa restaurant.

Before becoming a hotel in 1929, the Monte-Carlo Beach was a club which, over the years, “established itself as a true symbol of the Mediterranean Art of Living”, says the Société des Bains de Mer in a recent press release.

Sunbathing, strolling, or sports competitions!

Now, the establishment’s padel tournament or its annual swimming competition, which has seen generations of Monegasques and international guests compete in a friendly atmosphere, is on the agenda for sports enthusiasts. For children, the Monte-Carlo Kids Club by Petit VIP has a lineup of activities, both on land and at sea.

Italian Gastronomy at La Vigie Zanoni

The major new addition for the 2026 season is La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo, located at the tip of the Monte Carlo Beach peninsula. Italian chef Simone Zanoni will set up shop in the kitchen from 12 June, offering “vibrant and flavourful Italian cuisine prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients,” says the SBM.

The menu features “a wide variety of pasta dishes, delicious appetizers to share, and a large selection of meat and fish. Small jars of honey will grace the tables, adding a touch of sweetness to the dishes,” says the SBM.

Elsa Marcel Ravin

Awarded a Michelin star last year, Elsa Marcel Ravin will be featuring the Jardin Marin (Marine Garden) by chefs Marcel Ravin and Domenico d’Antonio. On the menu: cuisine with a focus on sustainability.

“Between fresh fish from sustainable fisheries, vegetables harvested from the Domaine d’Agerbol, and meats with marine flavours, the Elsa Marcel Ravin restaurant, perched on the heights of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, is a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, perfect for sunny lunches or romantic dinners with a sea view,” says the SBM.

Le Deck

Chef Pascal Garrigues’ fresh and creative cuisine is returning to Le Deck this season, in a setting newly designed by Dorothée Delaye, located in the heart of Monte-Carlo Beach, overlooking the Olympic pool and its iconic diving board. According to the SBM, highlights include: Spaghetti with lobster flambéed in cognac, and Spaghetti di Gragnano with sea urchin and bottarga. There is also an oyster bar with excellent fish and seafood, as well as fresh salads, and indulgent desserts, including as Frozen Yogurt and Gazpacho made with red berries, Rose de Grasse, and Aloe Vera.
