Past creations have included delicate eggs cocotte with sea urchin and caviar, refined savoury compositions, and elegant sweet finales such as caramelised brioche with Piedmont hazelnuts or fragrant fruit desserts. Now open every Sunday until May 31st, guests are invited to savour this elegant plated brunch from 12 noon to 3 p.m. Priced at €145 per person, the experience currently includes fresh fruit juices, a glass of Champagne, and hot drinks served at the table. Children aged 6 to 12 enjoy a special rate of €60, while those under six dine free of charge. Families will appreciate the Kids Room at the Hôtel Hermitage open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., allowing parents to relax and fully enjoy the occasion.
