In Monaco, Sundays are meant to linger. While the surrounding sea glitters, why not let conversations stretch effortlessly over exquisite food. That ritual reaches its most refined expression with a particularly exceptional brunch experience curated by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.
Parisian-Inspired Brasserie Spirit at Pavyllon Monte-Carlo
Tucked inside the elegance of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, the restaurant by Yannick, offers this stellar brunch that blends Parisian spirit with Mediterranean finesse.
Here, the brunch is served à l’assiette, transforming the experience into a leisurely gastronomic journey rather than a buffet. Guests may settle at the chef’s signature counter, a hallmark of Alléno’s convivial fine dining philosophy, or at an intimate table beneath the Hermitage’s Belle Époque charm.
Expect dishes that are both inventive and indulgent. Past creations have included delicate eggs cocotte with sea urchin and caviar, refined savoury compositions, and elegant sweet finales such as caramelised brioche with Piedmont hazelnuts or fragrant fruit desserts. Fresh juices, hot beverages, and a sommelier-selected glass of Champagne to complete the ritual. The menu of course changes according to the genius of the chef.

The atmosphere is cosy yet sophisticated, ideal for couples, gourmets, and anyone seeking a serene culinary escape. Families are also welcome, with a dedicated children’s menu and activities available, ensuring parents can fully savour the moment.
Now open every Sunday until May 31st, guests are invited to savour this elegant plated brunch from 12 noon to 3 p.m. Priced at €145 per person, the experience currently includes fresh fruit juices, a glass of Champagne, and hot drinks served at the table. Children aged 6 to 12 enjoy a special rate of €60, while those under six dine free of charge. Families will appreciate the Kids Room at the Hôtel Hermitage open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., allowing parents to relax and fully enjoy the occasion.
