The court found his behaviour unacceptable and, noting the seriousness of assaulting public security personnel and sentenced him to three months in prison. Additional penalties included a five-year ban on staying in Monaco and €2,000 in damages awarded to the injured police officer.

Routine tests after the incident revealed active traces of a psychoactive substance in his bloodstream.

Monaco’s criminal court handed down a sentence of six months in prison, of which several months were suspended, along with a five-year driving prohibition in Monaco. This decision reflected newly tightened road safety laws aimed at protecting passengers and other road users.
