A grand opera “Don Carlo” in five acts by Giuseppe Verdi (1813-1901), conducted by Massimo Zanetti, and directed for the stage by Davide Livermore is on Sunday 26 November 2023, at 3 pm, in the Grimaldi Forum Monaco.
Libretto by Camille Du Locle and Joseph Méry, is based on the tragic poem Don Carlos, Infant von Spanien (1787) by Friedrich von Schiller.
