“Rose au bois dormant” (“Sleeping Rose”) in Théâtre des Muses

The play “Rose au bois dormant” (“Sleeping Rose”) will be on stage of Théâtre des Muses from Saturday 18, at 2.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m., to Sunday 19 March 2023, at 11 a.m.

A modern version of the famous tale by the Brothers Grimm, whose codes are for once shaken up with humor and poetry. “At the dawn of her sixteenth birthday, she will prick her finger on a spindle and die,” exclaims the ugly fairy Nepenthes, casting her bad spell at Rose’s baptism. This is without counting on the fairy Mimosa, extravagant godmother of the child, and the help of prince Christian, cowardly with a big heart.
