Weekend is here binging us a cohort of spectacular and thrilling events. Among the most glamorous is without a doubt the Rose Ball. However, don’t miss other interesting events. Here is the list of our suggestions for you.

Organized by the Monegasque Rugby Federation, in partnership with the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation, the Sainte Dévote Rugby Tournament will take place on March 20 and 21, 2026, at the Stade Louis II.
This international rugby sevens competition brings together young players under the age of 12 from all over the world. Over the years, the event has become a key date on the sporting calendar and now enjoys the official support of World Rugby and Rugby Europe.
For the 2026 edition, 24 teams representing 23 nations have confirmed their participation: South Africa, Andorra, England, Argentina, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Scotland, Ecuador, Spain, United States, France, Georgia, Greece, Mauritius, India, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Wales, Singapore, Switzerland, Zimbabwe, and Monaco.
True to its spirit, the Sainte Dévote Tournament goes beyond competition to offer an event open to all, placing the essential values of rugby and sport in general—respect, tolerance, and discipline—at the heart of its activities.
Over two days, several activities will enrich the event.

The 70th edition of the Rose Ball for the benefit of the Princess Grace Foundation will be held as per tradition on 21 March, 2026. One thousand guests gather every year for the breathtaking Rose Ball. Set at the spectacular Salle des Étoiles, the Bal de la Rose raises funds for the Princess Grace Foundation and provides its largest financial boost of the year. First initiated in 1954, the Rose Ball has long earned a reputation of being one of the most important charity events in Monaco. This evening has always symbolized the arrival of spring, encouraging good deeds. All the funds raised over the gala evening are donated to Princess Grace Foundation’s charity projects. It is a must for celebrities, businessmen and statesmen from around the world. The Rose Ball, always attended by the Princely family, will take place in Salle des Étoiles of Monte-Carlo Sporting Club.

Japan Comes to Monaco on Saturday March 21st at the Grimaldi Forum Esplanade at 10 am.
The year 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Monaco and Japan.
Several events will be organised in the Principality and in Tokyo to celebrate the ties between the two countries. On 21 March, the forecourt of the Grimaldi Forum and the Japanese Garden will host activities on the theme “Japan in Monaco”.

On Saturday, March 21, 2026, come to the Munegu Repair Brunch, organized at the Maison du Numérique (Digital House), in partnership with Repair Cagnes-sur-Mer.
From 2 pm to 5 pm, volunteers will be on hand as part of Digital Cleanup Day to help you give your portable items a second life: repairs, practical advice, and tips to combat waste and promote the circular economy. It’s a friendly and community-minded event to share around repair and reuse.

And don’t forget about the exhibitions. For example the New National Museum of Monaco is dedicating an original exhibition to cacti and succulent plants on 06.07.2025 – 11.01.2026, in collaboration with the YVES SAINT LAURENT Museum in Marrakech, which initiated the project in 2024. Curated by Marc Jeanson and Laurent Le Bon, with scenography by Jasmin Oezcebi, “Cactus” offers a dual perspective, botanical and artistic, on these plants.
Of course there are other interesting events taking place in Monaco. If you want to learn more about them visit our Calendar.
So have fun and enjoy your weekend!
