Monaco Art Week will take place from the 7th to 12th July 2025, under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. For its 7th edition, the members are delighted to welcome H.R.H. Princess Alexandra of Hanover as their patron.
Galleries, auction houses and art lovers are joining forces to offer the public an artistic journey through some of the Principality’s most emblematic districts. This tour, punctuated by exhibitions, lectures and meetings with artists, will highlight the diversity of practices and periods. Sculpture, painting and fine jewellery will be represented, with works ranging from ancient to modern and contemporary art.
Monaco Art Week brings together 15 participants: Artcurial; Christie’s; collect|mc; Hauser & Wirth; HOFA; Hôtel des Ventes de Monte-Carlo; Kamil Art Gallery; Elisabeth Lillo-Renner; Moretti Fine Art; Opera Gallery; Almine Rech; Galerie Adriano Ribolzi; Sotheby’s; Teos Gallery Monte-Carlo; M.F. Toninelli Art Moderne.

Group exhibitions focusing on emblematic figures, major themes and singular artistic styles:
· The Monaco Masters Show: Chagall & Léger, colour and form at Opera Gallery, bringing together works by the two masters as well as masterpieces by 20th and 21st century artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Fernando Botero, George Condo, Jean Dubuffet, Yayoi Kusama, Roy Lichtenstein, Pierre Soulages, Manolo Valdés and many others.
· A Selection of Italian Old Master Paintings at Moretti Fine Art.
· Looking at Horizons at Almine Rech, exploring contemporary manifestations of landscape painting through the work of Joël Andrianomearisoa, Alejandro Cardenas, Petra Cortright, Johan Creten, Genieve Figgis, Daniel Gibson, Youngju Joung, Scott Kahn, Minjung Kim, John McAllister, Anthony Miler, César Piette, Salvo, Gert & Uwe Tobias and Jess Valice.
· Between Figuration and Abstraction: Gaul, Rivers, Monory at M.F. Toninelli Art Moderne.
· Street Mood, celebrating the vitality of contemporary urban art at Teos Gallery Monte-Carlo, with works by Mr Brainwash, Cedric Bouteiller, Marco Grassi, Chris Biancheri, Alec Monopoli, Arpe One and Cipre.
· Corpus homini, presented at Elisabeth Lillo-Renner, questions the representation of the male body through drawings by Yannick Cosso, photographs by Joël Alain Dervaux and jewellery by Martin Spreng.
A programme that spans different periods:
From the Masters of the Italian Renaissance at Moretti Fine Art to young contemporary artists at collect|mc and Modern artists at MF Toninelli Art Moderne, the exhibitions cover several centuries of art history.
The presence of the Principality’s leading auction houses
· Artcurial will organise Monaco Auction Week at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, including the Monaco Sculptures exhibition and sale. Works by François-Xavier and Claude Lalanne, César, Baltasar Lobo, Tony Cragg, Manolo Valdés and Philippe Hiquily will be on show in the sumptuous setting of the Société des Bains de Mer’s institutions and gardens.
Christie’s, member of Monaco Art Week, is celebrating its 40th anniversary in the Principality this year.
· Hôtel des Ventes de Monte-Carlo will present its summer Prestige Sales.
· Sotheby’s will preview a selection of masterpieces from a major Monegasque collection that will be auctioned at Sotheby’s Paris this autumn.
