Marked by conviviality and discovery, the evening showcased Peruvian gastronomy thanks to the talent of chef Lourdes Pluvinage and her son Christophe, French Pisco Sour Champion, (Pisco 1615 represented Peru at the gala), who delighted guests with their skill and passion, as did sous chef Bruno Bertello.

The event also provided a valuable opportunity to highlight professional hospitality education in the Principality. Students from the Rainier III High School actively participated: some as hosts for guests and VIPs, and others assisting in the dining room and kitchen. A Peruvian cooking and mixology masterclass, held the day before at the high school, offered them an enriching immersion in Peru’s culinary culture.

Beyond celebrating gastronomy and cultures, this Diplomatic Gastronomy Gala pursues a charitable objective: to raise funds to support the AMI Association’s efforts to help the most vulnerable children in Latin America, particularly in the areas of nutrition, education, and sports. Thanks to the generosity of participants and partners, this evening makes a concrete contribution to improving the daily lives of these young people and providing them with a better future.
