1st edition of the “Munegu Cup”

On Monday June 5, more than 280 schoolchildren from the Principality will take part in the 1st edition of the “Munegu Cup”, organized jointly by the Club du Rocher and the Department of National Education, Youth and Sports (DENJS).
Created at the initiative of the President of AS Monaco, Dmitry Rybolovlev, this tournament aims to promote the practice of sport and highlight the educational values of sport.
An event at the Stade Louis II
This major first will take place at the Stade Louis-II and will pit 32 mixed teams of CE2 students, representing 5 Monegasque schools, who will try to win the AS Monaco President’s trophy. Thanks to the support of the Union Nationale du Sport Scolaire (UNSS), the matches will be refereed by schoolchildren from the Principality.
