Exhibition “From Yesterday to Today” in the Prince of Monaco’s Car Collection

This summer, the Prince of Monaco’s Car Collection museum is inviting the public to discover an exhibition dedicated to the evolution of the automobile, from generation to generation. “From Yesterday to Today” will be presented from 22 June to 13 September 2026, in the Collection’s mezzanine space. The exhibition will juxtapose classic models that have marked automobile history with their newer versions.
Through a selection of iconic models, visitors will be able to compare and contrast how cars from specific manufacturers have evolved over the decades. The exhibition will be presented in pairs that combine legends of yesteryear with today’s supercars.
List of exceptional pairings…
The exhibition will feature sixteen cars displayed side-by-side. A Ferrari F40 will be showcased with a Ferrari F80, a Mercedes CLK GTR with a Mercedes AMG Project ONE, a Bugatti EB110 with a Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, a Ferrari 275 GTB with a Ferrari 812 Competizione, a Ford GT40 with a Ford GT, a Renault Maxi 5 Turbo with a Renault 5 Turbo 3E, an Alpine A110 with an Alpine A110 R Ultime Le Mans, plus a pair of Porsches (models to be announced).
The unique pairings will give visitors a chance to appreciate the evolution of lines, materials, performance, and technological innovations that have shaped the automobile for over half a century. Viewers will also be able to see how manufacturers reinvent their most iconic models to meet the challenges and expectations of our time.
