#hello_monaco weekend: what to do on November 2nd and November 3rd

Friday evening is time to finally relax and enjoy time with friends or have some quite time at home while making plans for the weekend. And here are a few suggestion on what you could do.

Cine-Concert with a screening of the film "Die Nibelungen"

The Opéra de Monte-Carlo in partnership with Audiovisual Archives of Monaco organised a Cine-Concert with a screening of the film “Die Nibelungen” by Fritz Lang, and piano improvisation by Jean-François Zygel on Sunday 3 November 2019, at 11 am and 3 pm Opéra de Monte-Carlo – Salle Garnier.

Great Season Series: concert by the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Kazuki Yamada with Keri Fuge, soprano, Karen Cargill, mezzo-soprano, Robert Murray, tenor, Matthew Brook, bass-baritone and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra Chorus will be held on Sunday 3 November 2019, at 6 pm in Auditorium Rainier III. On the programme: Félix Mendelssohn. As a prelude to the concert, presentation of the works at 5 pm by André Peyrègne.

A new exhibition opened this week: works by Claude Gauthier, organised by the Monaco Department of Cultural Affairs from Thursday 31 October to Sunday 17 November 2019, from 2 pm to 7 pm, Auditorium Rainier III.

Funfair

The Funfair has returned to Port Hercule till Tuesday 19 November 2019. Come and spend a fun evening with family or friends, take a ride or two, and grab something tasty to eat at Monaco Funfair.

Opening times:

    • Sunday to Thursday, 11 am to 11 pm
    • Friday and Saturday, until midnight
