The Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival has unveiled its new poster for the 48th edition. The poster was designed by Petit Gougou, the Festival’s ringmaster, who is also an artist.
Happening from January 16-25, 2026, the big top event will be paired with the 13th New Generation competition.
Over 150 artists from around the world are expected to perform for a chance to win awards that will boost their careers, under the big top at Espace Fontvieille. Tickets for over 15 shows, and the Gala evening, are already on sale on the festival’s website.
President of the festival since 2005, Princess Stephanie oversees the planning of the competitions and gala shows. She is fully involved in selecting the best international acts, designing and organizing the shows and bringing an atmosphere of respect for the traditions of the circus.
Europa Park Collaboration 2026
The Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival recently announced an upcoming collaboration with Europa-Park, Europe’s largest amusement park, for the year 2026. The collaboration is part of the opening of the park’s new area, which is themed after the Principality of Monaco.
Starting in November 2025, Europa-Park will present a circus show created in collaboration with the Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival.
“The collaboration highlights the strong ties between the Princely Family of Monaco, the Circus Festival, and the Mack family, founders of Europa-Park,” said the Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival in a recent press release.
In 2011, Roland Mack served as a jury member for the 35th Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival. More recently, in January 2025, he was named “Circus Ambassador 2025” by the World Circus Federation, in the presence of Prince Albert II and Princess Stephanie, recognizing his commitment to the circus arts.
Visitors to Europa-Park can look forward to a full immersion into the world of Monaco starting in 2026, enriched by exclusive circus performances.
