Fairmont Monte Carlo Unveils its Easter Brunch and a Refined Trio of Chocolate Eggs

For Easter celebrations, Fairmont Monte Carlo will host its renowned Easter Sunday Brunch on 5 April 2026, a beloved annual family tradition known for its generosity, exceptional setting, and activities for children.

An iconic address in Monaco’s Carré d’Or, Fairmont Monte Carlo embodies the very essence of Monegasque lifestyle in all its splendor. Perched above the famous curves of the Grand Prix circuit and overlooking the Mediterranean, the hotel offers a unique panorama of the French Riviera.

For Easter celebrations, the hotel will host its renowned Easter Sunday Brunch on 5 April 2026, a beloved annual family tradition known for its generosity, exceptional setting, and activities for children.

A Gourmet Brunch Overlooking the Mediterranean.

Designed as a convivial springtime lunch, the Easter Brunch at Fairmont Monte Carlo takes place on the rooftop with breathtaking sea views and celebrates traditional family recipes. Easter lamb will take center stage, complemented by a fisherman’s bar featuring a selection of fresh seafood. A colorful salad bar showcasing seasonal ingredients will complete the experience.

Those with a sweet tooth will delight in the pastries and desserts crafted by Pastry Chef Fabrice Didier and his team, while a spectacular chocolate bar will offer a special treat for the youngest guests.

While parents enjoy live music and the elegant atmosphere, children will be entertained by professional animators, participating in an Easter egg hunt and a variety of creative activities throughout the day.

A Chocolate Collection.

To extend the Easter experience beyond brunch, Pastry Chef Fabrice Didier unveils an exclusive trio of signature chocolate eggs to share.

Each creation features a delicate chocolate shell and is filled with festive treats: the Mendiant Egg – dark chocolate with roasted nuts and dried fruits, the Coulant Egg – a combination of milk and dark chocolate and the Vibrato Golden Egg – dark chocolate.

The chocolate creations will be available from 23 March to 12 April 2026, to be collected at the Lobby Lounge.
