The Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo returns for its sixth edition from 13 May 2026, bringing together some of the most celebrated names in international gastronomy.

The Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo returns for its sixth edition from 13 May 2026, bringing together some of the most celebrated names in international gastronomy.

Organised by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the festival highlights the resort’s status as the most Michelin-starred destination in the world, with six restaurants holding a total of ten Michelin stars.

Running throughout the spring and summer season, and extending into early autumn, the programme features a series of six “four-hands” dinners: collaborations between resident chefs and leading international guests, before concluding with a gala evening on 14 November 2026.

A Showcase of Leading Chefs

The 2026 edition brings together some of the group’s flagship chefs, including Alain Ducasse, Yannick Alléno, Marcel Ravin and Dominique Lory.

Each dinner pairs one of these names with a distinguished guest chef, creating a series of high-level culinary collaborations across the resort’s main venues.

Key Dates and Venues

The festival opens on 13 May 2026 at Blue Bay Marcel Ravin, where Marcel Ravin will host three-star chef Glenn Viel     of L’Oustau de Baumanière. The menu will combine Ravin’s Caribbean-influenced cuisine with Viel’s Mediterranean approach.

On 22 May, the focus shifts to Le Grill, where Dominique Lory welcomes Christophe Moret, now Executive Chef at Domaine Les Crayères, and who formerly  worked with Lory at Plaza Athénée and Spoon and previously worked at Louis XV in Monaco

The third event takes place on 13 June at Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, where Yannick Alléno hosts Gérald Passedat, bringing together the culinary influences of Monaco and Marseille.

A summer highlight follows on 23 July at Elsa, where Marcel Ravin alongside Domenico d’Antonio collaborates with Christopher Coutanceau on a menu centred around sustainable seafood.

After the summer break, the festival resumes on 19 September at L’Abysse Monte-Carlo. Created by Yannick Alléno, the Japanese-inspired restaurant won two Michelin stars in record time and will host Italian chef Martino Ruggieri.

The series concludes on 23 September at Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse, where Alain Ducasse and Emmanuel Pilon welcome Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, celebrated also for his 3 Michelin star restaurant in Stockholm, for one of the most anticipated evenings of the programme.

Closing Gala

The festival will close with its traditional gala dinner on 14 November 2026 in the Salle Empire at Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo.

For this final event, the resort’s Michelin-starred chefs will come together to present a collective menu showcasing the full range of their culinary expertise.
