Louis Ducruet: It happened through a friend, and the connection was immediate. We sat down in my office, and as we discussed the values and vision of Emera, I felt a genuine alignment with their commitment to excellence, innovation, and humanitarian causes.
HM: What inspired you to lead the Barbagiuans team?
Louis Ducruet: My inspiration comes from my Mom and all the work she has done for Fight AIDS Monaco over the past 20 years. Seeing her strong dedication to the association and the important cause it stands for has been truly motivating. It felt like a natural step for me to lead the Barbagiuans team and contribute my efforts to the tradition started by Prince Albert in 1980. I wanted to bring my own touch and style into this project, driven by a sincere commitment to continue the meaningful legacy my Mom has built.
