The Principality of Monaco has become the birthplace of a groundbreaking international initiative: the Ethical Code of Respect 360° — The Sacred Code of the Earth, a new global charter uniting ancestral wisdom and modern institutions in service of life, peace, and planetary balance.

The unveiling took place during the first Summit of Ancestral Wisdom, created and led by Isabella Vieira (Nawa Siá), founder of the Nawa Sia Amazonia Alliance. The event marked the first-ever activation of the Ethical Code, signalling a shared commitment to reestablishing humanity’s sacred relationship with the Earth.

A Ceremony of Unity and Prophecy

The Summit opened with a Sacred Fire Ceremony, honouring  the Four Directions and invoking the ancient Prophecy of the Eagle and the Condor, symbolizing the long-awaited reunion between the science and technology of the North and the ancestral wisdom of the South.

The ceremony was guided by Isabella Vieira (Nawa Siá) alongside Wanka Inti, Grand Spiritual Counselor of the Andes, and Witxo Fulni-ô, official representative of the union of five Indigenous peoples of Brazil.

Joining remotely from their sacred territories were Mindahi Bastida (Otomi-Toltec, Mexico), Imish Kuj (Maya Nation), and Chief Ninawa Inu Huni Kui (Brazilian Amazon), confirming the continental scope and unity of this historic activation.

Support from Monaco and Local Partners

Among the dignitaries present was Mr. Fabrice Notari, President of the Commission for External Relations of the National Council of Monaco, who praised the Summit’s dedication to “peace, consciousness, and global responsibility.”

The Kate Powers Foundation, represented by Karen Bond, expressed heartfelt support for the movement, continuing the late Kate Powers’ lifelong mission to unite humanity through kindness and respect.

“Kate Powers dedicated her life to bringing people together around consciousness, kindness, and respect for all living beings. What opened today in Monaco continues that path — one where heart, truth, and commitment become forces of transformation.” Karen Bond

“The Crisis Is Not Climatic, It Is Human”

For Isabella Vieira (Nawa Siá), the global crisis cannot be resolved through technology alone. The healing of the Earth begins with the healing of humanity’s relationship to life itself.

“It is not the planet that is in crisis, it is humanity. The Earth always shows us the path to regeneration. The real question is: will we know how to become once again a people of the Earth?” Isabella Vieira (Nawa Siá)

The Ethical Code of Respect 360° establishes a new educational and ethical foundation, reinstating memory, respect, and living wisdom at the heart of learning systems, institutions, and governance.

Pioneering Initiatives Already Underway

The launch marks the beginning of an international phase of institutional recognition, supported by two cornerstone projects:

  1. The University of the Forest, co-created in the Amazon with Chief Ninawa Inu Huni Kui, this will be the world’s first living university founded on Indigenous wisdom and the protection of life.
  2. The Center for Systemic Change at Cambridge, developed with leading experts in educational transformation, this initiative will integrate the Ethical Code into leadership training and decision-making curricula.

Representatives from the University of Cambridge emphasized that while global summits have convened for decades without decisive change, true transformation requires a new kind of leadership, one grounded in respect.

“We can no longer be content with training elites who know how to decide. We must train leaders who know how to respect. The Ethical Code of Respect 360° must become a foundational curriculum, from early childhood to the university level.” Cindy Forde, University of Cambridge collaborator

The First Code: Respect for the Ancestors and Living Wisdom

The first Code unveiled, Respect for the Ancestors and Living Wisdom, recognizes the vital role of ancestral guardians and Indigenous peoples in preserving life, memory, and human identity. It represents the first step in a living, evolutionary journey reconnecting humanity to its essence.

“When we walk with our ancestors, we are never alone.” Wanka Inti, Guardian of the First Code

Indigenous leaders reaffirmed their trust in the Alliance’s mission:

“We have 100% trust in Isabella’s work. We represent the union of five peoples of Brazil, and she carries our voice where we cannot be heard.” Witxo Fulni-ô

Toward a New Governance in Service of Life

The Ethical Code of Respect 360° — The Sacred Code of the Earth seeks to serve as:

  • a global ethical foundation for institutions and governance,
  • an educational curriculum from early learning to higher education,
  • a guiding principle for political, cultural, and economic actors, and
  • a platform for alliance between Indigenous peoples and modern systems.

With this inauguration, Monaco becomes the symbolic first home of a worldwide movement devoted to systemic transformation and sacred stewardship of the Earth.

The Code of Respect is now in motion.
