Monaco’s Tip Top Restaurant gets a Full Makeover and a New Menu!

Monaco’s Tip Top restaurant reopened on 15 March 2024 after being acquired by MC Hospitality Group. The company, which owns five other establishments (two in Monaco and three in New York) orchestrated Tip Tops renovations before welcoming loyal regulars and new guests, all eager to discover a new era of Monegasque gastronomy.

“The acquisition marks an exciting turning point in the history of Tip Top, which maintains its status as an essential institution in Monaco,” states a recent press release by Tip Top.

Under the direction of star chef Antonio Salvatore, Tip Top has reinvented itself with a brand new menu highlighting local, high quality products, while preserving the culinary heritage that has made the restaurant renowned since 1938. Tip Top is the only Monaco restaurant open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering an unparalleled gastronomic experience at any time of the day.

The new menu offers a mouth-watering variety of dishes, from fresh salads and pizzas to savoury pastas, grilled meats, fresh fish and gourmet burgers. The drinks menu boasts an equally impressive range, with a vast selection of carefully chosen wines, expertly crafted cocktails, as well as refreshing drinks and quality beers.

At Tip Top, we believe in the importance of preserving traditions while innovating for the future,” says Chef Antonio Salvatore.

Co-founded by Prince Rainier III

Founded in 1938 by a group of friends, including HSH Prince Rainier III, Tip Top has become a true Monegasque institution. Frequented by sports and entertainment celebrities as well as the general public, the restaurant offers a unique setting where one can savour specialties made from fresh, local produce. Tip Top embodies the very essence of the Monegasque lifestyle with everything from entertaining evenings with live performances, match screenings and happy moments with friends in a chic and relaxed atmosphere.
