Roca Team won over Strasbourg 92-85 and goes to the quarterfinals

Roca Team won over Strasbourg 92-85 and now is going to play in the quarterfinals where it will fight against Asvel.

With all the victories this season, the Roca Team has the best record in its history with 30 victories and only 4 defeats.

To go to the quarterfinals the team of Zvezdan Mitrovic had to put a lot of efforts in the match against Strasbourg. The intensity of game was very high and the Monegasques had to shoot and to defend non-stop during the match, such was a will to win of their opponents, team of Strasbourg.

Roca Team didn’t have any intention to lose to Strasbourg, so the plan was to play fiercely right from the beginning of the game. And it was very spectacularly realized. First and second quarters were after Monegasque team (27-17, 27-23). But in the third quarter Strasbourg put more pressure on the Monegasques and managed to scratch the victory (23-24). That didn’t help to Alsatians to get a victory in the match even though they won the fourth quarter (21-15) with a large lead.

But thanks to the game of every player of Roca Team, the victory in the game was in favor of the Monegasques.  Sergii Gladyr and Yakuba Ouattara brought more points to the team and Zack Wright as usual was a part of every successful attack.
