Symphonic concert by the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Lawrence Foster with Szymon Nehring, piano on Thursday 8 August, at 9.30 pm Palais Princier – Cour d’Honneur.
On the programme: Krzysztof Penderecki, Frédéric Chopin, Antonín Dvorák and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky
This year marks the 60th anniversary of the Summer Concerts at the Prince’s Palace. Created in 1959 at the behest of Prince Rainier III, the event has become an unmissable occasion for international classical music lovers.
In the unique setting of the Palace Courtyard, the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra will be performing six special concerts on 18, 21, 25, 28 July and 4 and 8 August 2019.
