This week in Monaco began The 6th edition of the Monte Carlo Polo Club Tournament, which is taking place from 28 of September to the 1 of October 2017 in Domaine de Vire-Vt.
Another athletic event is Tour de World Class, on Saturday September 30th 2017. Departure 9 am from the WORLD CLASS Club for an open to all cycling bike tour.
Distance: 40 km loop between Basse and Moyenne Corniche.
Difficulty: 4 to 6 out of 10. (intermediate level)
Beginners accepted but with a good fitness level.
Special guest is Tiffany Cromwell from Team CANYON//SRAM Racing, she will be the godmother of the Event… more surprises are coming!
For those who prefer football to cycling there is French Premier League Football Championship, Day 8: AS Monaco vs Montpellier Herault on Saturday 30 September at 8.45, Stade Louis II.
From Wednesday 27 September to Saturday 30 September from 10 am to 6:30 pm Port de Monaco: 27th Monaco Yacht Show: The world’s leading luxury yachting show, organised by the Yacht Club of Monaco.
Each year, the MYS curates the exhibition of 125+ extraordinary one-off superyachts built by the world’s most respected shipyards and welcomes over 590 leading companies from the yachting industry.
In September, the yachting industry turns its focus exclusively to the MYS where 40 new
launches are annually unveiled in a worldwide debut.
If you like dancing, don’t miss the 9th Monte-Carlo International Festival of Argentinian Tango (beginner’s classes, film screenings, performances, milongas, etc.) organised by Monaco Danse Passion on Tuesday 26 September to Sunday 1 October.
For those who is fond of classical music there are two concerts in one day! On Sunday 1st October in Salle Garnier the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra is giving 2 concerts on the theme “Eternal Russia”, with Alexander SLADKOVSKY as Conductor. On the program: GLAZOUNOV The Forest, fantasy; CHOSTAKOVITCH Violin Concerto No. 2; TCHAIKOVSKY B. The Winds of Siberia at 11 am and LYADOV The Enchanted Lake; CHOSTAKOVITCH Cello Concerto No. 2; RACHMANINOV The Rock at 3 pm. Rate per concert: from 20 € to 40 €
