It was a series like no other. Brave young hearts, dominant in the League, AS Monaco basketball team (Roca Team) gave us all extraordinary moments to always remember.

In the first game of this Championship final we got exactly what we wanted to see, intensity and thrills and the Red and Whites sealing a win away from home. Gerald Robinson and Chris Evans playing for Monaco were superb, were they not. These Roca Team stalwarts ensured Monaco kept control of the game. Not an easy win by any means; just 4 seconds from the end at 79-77 the Manceaux could have turned the tables with a three pointer shot from a distance. Two free throws later from the brilliant Gerald Robinson and it was to the dressing room for the Manceau with their tails between their legs.

“Think like a wise man but communicate in the language of the people”. This simple aphorism by the Irish writer and poet William Butler Yeats points out the increasing need to communicate in a more objective, simple, synthetic, clear and flexible way. Something even more crucial when we are debating on multidisciplinary environmental issues.

With One Simple “Cliiink” You and Monaco are Saving the Planet

Cliiink – can you hear it? That is the sound of your glass bottle going into the recycling bin in Monaco. Do you know that you just made an important step in saving the Planet? You will have just made a very powerful and serious step to preserve the environment for the children of the future, because that bottle typically would take literally thousands of years to decompose naturally. That would be very bad news indeed if it were not for the good news that glass is 100% recyclable. So, our role in this process, as residents or citizens of the Principality, is to put our used glass containers in the recycling bins. That’s it – job done, just put those glass containers in the right bin and listen for the Cliiink. Save nature and the glass will be made perfectly usable again.
