The State Housing Department wishes to inform Monegasque nationals interested in renting a state-owned apartment, such as HEMERA B or others, that the online service to submit an application opened on Monday 16 September 2024.
The service is available via the URL https://teleservice.gouv.mc/logement-domanial-monaco or via MonGuichet.mc , the portal for the Prince’s Government and Monaco City Hall.
For Monegasque nationals who applied online and qualified during the last call for applications, the online application form is pre-completed with the information provided last time. Simply click on “Submit an application” to begin a new application.
Monegasque nationals who have an active digital identity on their new identity card will be able to log in securely using their individual account with the MConnect service. Information related to an applicant’s identity (last and first name, date and place of birth, etc.) will already be filled in. Those who do not have a digital identity will be able to log in with their existing online service account or create a new account.
Those who do not have a digital device can submit their applications using a form which can be obtained from the Housing Department reception desk, located at 10 bis, quai Antoine I in Monaco. Applicants can also go to the Maison du Numérique, located at the Jardins d’Apolline (a digital advisor will be available to assist you in your online process).
Application, must, without fail, be returned fully completed by the closing date, i.e. no later than 5 pm on Friday 11 October 2024. Applications posted by this date but not received will not be considered valid.
No late or incomplete applications will be considered.
