The SBM is hosting seven gourmet themed weeks from September till January with the Monte-Carlo Culinary Weeks.
Taking people on a journey through cuisines from around the world while discovering well-known and lesser-known locations that offer culinary diversity, through menus accessible to all, makes the SBM’s Monte-Carlo Culinary Weeks a safe bet!
In the tradition of the “Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo” which brings together duos of chefs in its starred restaurants, the Société des Bains de Mer will be putting its restaurants, bistros and brasseries in the spotlight from 27 September to 16 January 2022 with seven themed culinary weeks.
From 27 September to 3 October: Le Deck & Greek cuisine
Le Deck brasserie, with its exceptional panorama of the sea, offers the essentials of Greek cuisine every lunchtime. Sharing dishes and sun-drenched products are specialties of Chef Pascal Garrigues, with meals that will end this year’s beach season in style.
From 11 to 17 October: Mada One & Caribbean cuisine
Located in the One Monte-Carlo district, the Mada One is a must-see for Monegasques for its Snackonomy concept imagined by Martinican Chef Marcel Ravin. For this thematic week, Mada One is embracing the scents of the Caribbean, and throughout the day, will offer the delicacies of the islands to experience an Indian summer full of flavours and colours.
From 25 to 31 October: Limùn & vegetal cuisine
Prepared vegetables will face customers in the heart of the Beaumarchais lobby of the Hotel Hermitage Monte Carlo during the week of Limùn. Following the concept of “from land to plate”, Chef Jean-Philippe Borro and his teams will introduce the wonderful, delicately prepared products from the hotel’s vegetable garden.
From 15 to 21 November: Le Salon Rose & Monegasque cuisine
To celebrate National Day, the Salon Rose brandishes the Principality’s flag above its stoves for this culinary week. Famous local specialties are offered by Chef Thierry Saez-Manzanares and his teams, for lunch and dinner in the heart of the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo.
From 29 November to 5 December: L’Orange Verte & oriental cuisine
L’Orange Verte, the restaurant bistro at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, run by Chef Marcel Ravin, offers its guests the opportunity to travel to the heart of oriental cuisine for lunch or dinner. An exotic and gourmet culinary journey to savour in the winter garden or on the sunny terrace.
From 6 to 12 December: Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, shellfish and crustaceans
The end of the year is celebrated with treasures from the sea in the legendary brasserie of the Café de Paris Monte-Carlo. Dishes will awaken the tastebuds of seafood lovers, to eat in or take away.
From 10 to 16 January 2022: L’Hirondelle & detox cuisine
At Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo, wellness cuisine is in the spotlight all year round and will be celebrated with Chef Jean-Laurent Basile with a detox menu, during this special week at the L’Hirondelle restaurant. An absolute must after the holidays. Taking care of yourself will be a real delight.
