New appointment for AS Monaco vice-president and Esports outfit

Recently, the European Association of Clubs (ECA) formalized the appointment of Oleg Petrov as ECA representative to the UEFA Professional Football Strategy Council (CSFP). AS Monaco’s Vice President and CEO will also sit on the ECA Board of Directors.

The CSFP brings together the primary stakeholders in European football (UEFA, clubs, professional leagues and players) and ensures collaboration among the parties. The topics covered include club competitions and their fixture lists, the position of professional clubs in the international football environment, financial and commercial aspects as well as issues relating to the European Union (EU).

“I am very honored to have been appointed to represent the ECA on the UEFA Professional Football Strategy Council,” said Oleg Petrov. “My ambition is to work as a uniting force and put my effort into being at the service of football and its development.”

Within the Board of Directors of the ECA, Oleg Petrov will sit alongside some twenty members including the president of the Association, Nasser Al Khelaïfi and representatives of Bayern Munich, Ajax Amsterdam, Benfica, Borussia Dortmund, Malmö, Copenhagen and even Young Boys Berne.

Rise, Risk, Repeat: Dressed To Win, AS Monaco Aims Higher

AS Monaco aims even higher. Not satisfied with being in the Top 3 in France or qualifying for Europe which also has made a big splash in Esports since 2016. Top during that time in multiple Esport leagues, efootball pro and PES, and in the French Championship it needs a jersey to go with its accelerating success – and to accompany its chase to be the best in soccer e-games like the Fortnite phenomenon, Street Fighter and Dragon Ball FighterZ.

AS Monaco Esports and KAPPA® are pleased to present the new outfit that Monegasque players will wear during the 2021-2022 season.

That’s just a week after AS Monaco unveiled their Home and Away kits for next season – and now it’s AS Monaco Esports’s turn to reveal the jersey players will wear for the 2021-2022 season.

The Famous Princess Grace Diagonal

Built around the legendary “Diagonale” the jersey features for the first time the new shade of red called “tango red”. The historic Diagonale, imagined by Princess Grace of Monaco 61 years ago, is now oriented at 55° on the front of the jersey only. The main partner eToro will be present for the first time on the front.

Rise Risk Repeat

For its part, the AS Monacoeur program, which works to develop values of solidarity and sharing by placing children at the heart of its activities, will be on the back of the jersey. The other half of the jersey is in white monochrome, also featuring the heart, and the club crest in two colours; the Monegasque crown is affixed on the back of the jersey on the collar. This tunic is part of the new RISE.RISK.REPEAT brand.

Notably European eFootball.Pro vice-champion last June, AS Monaco Esport sets-off with new ambitions for a new season, which promises to be full of promise with this New Jersey. Completing the kit is a pair of red shorts and white socks.
