For one evening on 27 October, Japanese traditions will meet the French art of living at Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse. In Yamanashi and Monaco, nature creates and the land inspires; now know-how is shared. The teams from Le Louis XV and Shichiken, each on a perpetual search for the right taste and excellence, have worked together to create a four-part dinner inspired by spring water from Yamanashi and the Mediterranean Sea.
