The first Monaco edition of the Global Champions Arabians Tour was a great success. Over two days at Port Hercule, it brought together some of the finest Arabian horses in the world, along with breeders, judges, owners and true horse experts who know and love the breed.

Coming right after the 2026 Jumping International de Monte-Carlo, GCAT felt like a beautiful extension of Monaco’s celebration of horses. If jumping is all about speed, precision and partnership, GCAT showed another side of the equestrian world: the elegance, history and pure presence of the Arabian horse.

And what a history it has. The Arabian horse is one of the oldest and most respected breeds in the world, with a story that goes back thousands of years. With origins in the Middle East, these horses were treasured by Bedouin tribes who saw them not only as beautiful animals, but as loyal companions and trusted partners in everyday life. Known for their incredible stamina, intelligence and ability to survive in challenging environments, Arabian horses became legendary for their strength of character as much as for their elegance.

With their expressive eyes, elegant heads, graceful necks and unmistakable presence, Arabian horses have a beauty that is instantly recognisable. But beyond their appearance, it is their intelligence and the special connection they build with people that truly make them unique.

The Monaco edition welcomed people from all over the world who share a real passion for Arabian horses — breeders, owners, experts and admirers who deeply appreciate these magnificent animals. Taking place at one of Monaco’s most iconic locations, Port Hercule, the event had a very special atmosphere: the elegance of Monaco, the history of the Arabian horse and the excitement of competition all came together in one unforgettable moment.
