Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene host a Children’s Christmas Party at the Princely Palace

Monegasque children aged 5 to 12 years old had a special festive surprise when the Prince’s Palace of Monaco hosted its annual children’s Christmas Party on 20 December. While Santa’s elves busily worked in front of the palace, Prince Albert II, Princess Charlene and Camille Gottlieb gave out candy and presents to each child.

Prince Albert II and Princess Caroline attend The Phantom of the Opera Premiere in Monaco

Prince Albert II and Princess Caroline attended the premiere of The Phantom of the Opera on 16 December. The musical has never been performed in France and was performed for the first time in Monaco. 20 performances are on the agenda at the Monte-Carlo Opera until 31 December.

The musical was first performed in London in 1986, with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Charles Hart. After the show, Prince Albert II and Princess Caroline took to the stage to congratulate the entire cast.

Prince Albert II and Pierre Casiraghi attend the Yacht Club’s Induction and Awards Ceremony

The induction ceremony for new members of the Yacht Club de Monaco took place in the presence of Prince Albert II and his nephew, Pierre Casiraghi, on 21 December. During the event, several sailors received prizes, including Prince Charles de Bourbon des Deux-Siciles, Duke of Castro, who won the Smeralda 888 category for the 8th time. The coveted YCM Awards-Credit Suisse Trophy 2023 was presented to Nico Poons. The Yacht Club has more than 2,500 members, with Prince Albert II as president of the Club and Pierre Casiraghi as vice-president.

Princess Stephanie and Camille Gottlieb make a Christmas Visit to Senior Residents at A Qietudine

Princess Stephanie and her daughter, Camille Gottlieb, paid a Christmas visit to residents of A Qietüdine on 21 December. After chatting and laughing with the residents, Princess Stephanie and Camille Gottlieb presented them with traditional Christmas gifts.
