Princess Caroline attends Opening of La Dame aux Camélias Ballet
The Princess of Hanover attended the opening performance of La Dame aux Camélias at the Grimaldi Forum on 17 July. Choreographed by John Neumeier, the show was performed by the Paris Opera Ballet with he Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra. After the performance, Princess Caroline met with choreographer John Neumeier, and Jean-Christophe Maillot, director of Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo. The show ran for three nights, until 19 July, and was part of the Monaco Dance Forum. One of the most prestigious dance companies in the world, the Paris Opera Ballet is “almost impossible to see outside their place of residence,” according to Monaco Dance Forum organizers.

Three of Princess Caroline’s four children have shared photos from their 2026 summer vacation on social media. Pierre Casiraghi and his wife, Beatrice Borromeo, are spending their summer vacation in Saint-Tropez, something they do every year. Princess Alexandra of Hanover shared photos from her summer vacation abroad a yacht, on a beach, eating Italian food, and reading The Journalist and the Murderer by Janet Malcolm and Dandelion Wine by Ray Bradbury. Andrea Casiraghi and Tatiana Santo Domingo are spending their summer holiday in Ibiza, Spain, with their children.
Prince Albert II sends Official Dispatch about Wildfires across Europe
Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene have issued an official dispatch offering their support to all those affected by the current wildfires in Europe:
As devastating wildfires ravage many parts of the world, including France, Spain, and the United Kingdom, Princess Charlene joins me in expressing our deepest condolences to all those affected.
Our thoughts are with the grieving families, those forced to flee their homes, and all the communities mobilized to address this crisis.
We commend the remarkable courage of the firefighters, rescue teams, and all those working tirelessly to protect people and preserve threatened areas.
These fires are also impacting precious natural environments and fragile biodiversity. They are partly a consequence of the major disruptions affecting our climate and, now more than ever, demand courageous responses. Protecting our environment is an urgent matter that must unite us all.
In these difficult times, our solidarity stands with each and every one of those affected.

Embassies in Europe celebrate Anniversary of Prince Albert II’s Accession
Embassies of Monaco in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands hosted an annual reception in Brussels to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the accession of Prince Albert II, on 8 July 2026. Guests enjoyed traditional food and products from Monaco after a speech by Ambassador Frédéric Labarrere. This year, Antwerp is celebrating the 150th anniversary of Monaco’s consulate.
