A Sunlit Escape By The Sea
Designed by the Adjamée studio, the decor blends natural materials, organic lines, and mineral tones inspired by Mediterranean landscapes. Light woods, dappled sunlight, and abundant greenery shape a serene retreat open to the sea, envisioned as a contemporary summer house.

Southern Midday
This season, Muse welcomes guests exclusively for lunch, every day from 12pm to 4pm, reimagining the venue as a refined midday escape by the sea.
The 2026 menu celebrates generous Mediterranean cuisine shaped by the flavours of the South and the finest seasonal ingredients. Italian, Levantine, and Riviera influences come together in vibrant dishes crafted for sharing and lingering over long sunlit lunches.
Starters play on freshness and contrasting textures: arugula salad with raw, fried, and creamy artichokes; watermelon marinated with fresh raspberries and feta; heirloom tomatoes with creamy burrata; and citrus melon carpaccio with fresh goat cheese.
The main courses continue this Mediterranean journey with signature creations including trofie cacio e pepe with summer truffle, lobster linguine with creamy stracciatella, crispy octopus with kimchi, grilled sea bass fillet, and slow-cooked tandoori lamb shoulder served in a soft bao bun. A cuisine where indulgence and refinement exist in perfect balance.
Desserts extend the feeling of endless summer with red berry pavlova, Madagascar vanilla tropézienne, and signature sorbets with vibrant fruit notes.
New this season, Muse introduces a lunch set menu designed to reflect the rhythm of Monaco life while preserving the restaurant’s luminous Mediterranean spirit. Available Monday through Friday throughout May, June, September, and October, the menu includes a starter, main course, and a glass of wine for €29.
