Vacation season is in its peak. While you are relaxing there are several interesting events enrolling in Monaco.

The twenty-first edition of the offshore race Palermo-Montecarlo, organized by the Yacht Club de Monaco in collaboration with the Circolo della Vela Sicilia and the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, will take place from August 18 to 23, 2026. The race starts from the Gulf of Mondello and arrives in the Principality of Monaco along a free route with a single mandatory gate off Porto Cervo. The awards ceremony and closing day on August 23 will be held at the Yacht Club de Monaco.

The Principality will be hosting the Grand Departure of La Vuelta on 22 and 23 August.
The first stage of La Vuelta 26 will be an individual time trial on Saturday, August 22. The second stage of the race will follow the next day, Sunday, August 23.

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the wedding of Prince Rainier III and Grace Kelly, the Prince’s Palace of Monaco presents an exceptional exhibition “Wedding of the Century”, dedicated to this internationally renowned event from 18 June to 25 September 2026.

This summer, the Prince of Monaco’s Car Collection museum is inviting the public to discover an exhibition dedicated to the evolution of the automobile, from generation to generation. “From Yesterday to Today” will be presented from 22 June to 13 September 2026, in the Collection’s mezzanine space. The exhibition will juxtapose classic models that have marked automobile history with their newer versions.
Through a selection of iconic models, visitors will be able to compare and contrast how cars from specific manufacturers have evolved over the decades. The exhibition will be presented in pairs that combine legends of yesteryear with today’s supercars.

In the summer of 2026, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco will host an exceptional exhibition tracing the unique relationship that has united the Principality and the automobile for more than a century “Monaco and the Automobile, From 1893 to the Present Day”.
