Eric Frechon is in charge of the winter menu at the popular “La Ferme Saint-Amour” restaurant and club in the heart of Courchevel at an altitude of 1850 metres. The famous French chef proudly holds the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” distinction and three Michelin stars. The updated seasonal menu is boasting delicious black caviar dishes and creative desserts.

This winter, the Annapurna Hotel has given its reins to Jean Remy Caillon. Prior to working with the five-star hotel, the chef has given years to the luxurious restaurant Le K2, included in the Michelin Guide. Jean’s main inspiration is Savoyard cuisine and local farm products. His creations are a nod to cozy home-cooked meals and traditional recipes. The concept of the La Fèrma restaurant was thus born for its guests to discover a bold, creative interpretation of the traditional Savoie region flavours.

Yazid Ichemrahen is a true guru in the pastry universe.
