The chef at Le Saint-Nicolas curated an exclusive and exotic menu, featuring a Balinese-inspired dessert—fresh sorbet made from exotic fruits, accompanied by delicate meringues and a flavorful sauce.

Later that evening, the company handed out special gifts. Fortunate winners walked away with a week’s stay in the new complex, a bottle of champagne, and a jar of exquisite black caviar.

This year, The Bagatelle Courchevel is the place to be not only for the relaxing “after ski” party lovers, but also for gourmets. This winter, the Annapurna Hotel has given its reins to Jean Remy Caillon. Prior to working with the five-star hotel, the chef has given years to the luxurious restaurant Le K2, included in the Michelin Guide. Jean’s main inspiration is Savoyard cuisine and local farm products. His creations are a nod to cozy home-cooked meals and traditional recipes. The concept of the La Fèrma restaurant was thus born for its guests to discover a bold, creative interpretation of the traditional Savoie region flavours.

Yazid Ichemrahen is a true guru in the pastry universe.
