Stella Almondo, 17-year-old Pianist from Monaco, Records her First Album

At the tender age of 17, Stella Almondo is an incredibly talented pianist and one of Monaco’s rising stars. She was recently signed to Naïve Records and will be releasing her debut album this autumn.

Named a young Steinway and Sons artist at the age of 16, Stella Almondo has performed at venues like the Grimaldi Forum and the Princely Palace, and at festivals including the Festival Printemps des Arts de Monte-Carlo and Les Heures Musicales de Biot, where she gave a recital with Gautier Capçonu. She also performed at the Monte Carlo Gala for Planetary Health for the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and for the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation.

At the age of 16, she gave a concert at the Hotel Hermitage de Monaco which was broadcast on Radio Classique. She was unanimously admitted to the Conservatoire de Paris (Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse).

Stella Almondo’s first album of classical music was recorded between 20-23 February in the renowned MC2 auditorium in Grenoble. She signed with Naïve records on 19 December.

Stella Almondo’s debut album will be released in stores and online platforms in September 2024.  The record-release party will be a concert at the Salle Cortot in Paris. The young star will also be performing at Les Heures Musicales de Biot on 12 June, her 18th birthday.
