Unique Gourmet Extravaganza: SBM Monte Carlo Launches the “Monte-Carlo Star Festival”

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the most starred Resort in Europe with 7 Michelin stars, is launching its first edition of the “Monte-Carlo Star Festival” (“Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo). Every month, from May to November (except July & August) a duo dinner will be offered in one of the Michelin-starred restaurants of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group. 

In parallel with the arrival of Chef Yannick Alléno at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, the gourmet experiences will take place at: 

Le Blue Bay at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, 

Le Grill at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, 

Le Louis XV-Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris, 

or Elsa at the Monte-Carlo Beach.

Star “Four Handed” Duos

The “house” Chefs have each chosen a distinguished guest to form a multi-star duo and deliver an exceptional 4-handed dinner. A great moment of gastronomy, the meeting between two talents, two visions of the kitchen, two personalities too. It is with great pleasure that Michel Sarran, Riccardo Camanini, Mauro Colagreco, Michel Guérard responded to the friendly invitations of Monte Carlo chefs Marcel Ravin, Franck Cerutti and Dominique Lory. 

This first festival will be punctuated in November by a big evening in the prestigious Salle Médecin of the Casino de Monte-Carlo. The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Chefs will organize a dinner on this occasion, consisting of their Signature dishes.

May 29 – dinner at Blue Bay, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort

Marcel Ravin welcomes Chef Michel Sarran, restaurant Michel Sarran**, Toulouse.

JUNE

June 11 – dinner at the Grill, Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo

June 12 – lunch and dinner at the Grill, Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo

Franck Cerutti welcomes Chef Riccardo Camanini, Lido 84* restaurant, Gardone Riviera (Lake Garda, Italy).

SEPTEMBER

Date to be announced – Elsa, Monte-Carlo Beach

OCTOBER

October 15 – dinner at Louis XV-Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris

Dominique Lory welcomes Chef Michel Guérard, Les Prés d’Eugénie***, Eugénie-les-Bains.

NOVEMBER

November 5 – dinner at the Blue Bay, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort Marcel Ravin welcomes, Chef Mauro Colagreco, Le Mirazur***, Menton

Closing dinner at the Casino de Monte-Carlo with all the participating Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer starred chefs.
