Hotel Hermitage – Spending Christmas with family

Located in the Beaumarchais lobby, Limùn Lounge is a lush garden resembling the top deck of a transatlantic cruise liner with elegant passengers taking leisurely strolls.

Hotel Metropole
For the end of year festivities, a fairytale Christmas will unfold in the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo to celebrate the season’s enchantment. A unique experience for all guests! On your arrival, you will discover with spell-bound eyes a shower of stars above the alley leading to the hotel. Inside, a warm, cocooning and cosy atmosphere. Young and old alike take their places in front of the life size sled for a souvenir photo session, letting themselves dream and write letters to Santa Claus.
Christophe Cussac, Executive Chef of the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo and his Pastry Chef Patrick Mesiano are offering this year, a new sweet treat in the lobby bar: the waffle. The absolutely divine pastry with the secret recipe will be sublimated by the pastry chef’s precious touch in a perfect choreography executed under the eyes of the customers. Tender and crunchy at the same time, generous fillings and original recipes are on the menu.
For children:
Children aged 4 to 12 staying at the hotel will be able to participate in two special festive creative workshops organised to make them experience magical moments. For the festive season, the hotel has some wonderful surprises in store for the youngest guests in its enchanting decor. In a space that will be totally reserved for them, children will have the opportunity to express their imagination by creating their own decorations made with “green” materials. To accompany these workshops, a special snack will be served during these two beautiful afternoons. On the menu, homemade waffles made by the pastry chef, Patrick Mesiano.

Musical evening for New Year’s Eve
Patrice RAYA will play on a 1⁄4 tail piano with a transparent design and will be able to transport you into his eclectic musical universe: international jazz, french standards, ballads, bossa nova, swing, lounge. For this second part of the evening, Béatrice Ardisson has created a special New Year’s playlist exclusively for the hotel, which will keep you dancing until the end of the year.
