If the heart of Monaco turns into a racetrack, the rest of the Principality becomes a giant dance floor after nightfall, one which has to be seen to be believed. All the regular establishments are in the loop for four nights straight at top speed.
The new program for the festival, which runs from the 16th to 20th of June, has been revealed recently with a focus on exchanges between the actors and the public.
