Princess Charlene paid a special visit to Qietüdine Home in Monaco and other news

On July 26, 2022, Princess Charlene of Monaco made a special visit to the “A Qietüdine” retirement home in Monte-Carlo, where she spoke to many residents and the staff who look after them. Each resident was given a framed photograph of the Prince and Family. A Qietüdine which is a retirement home located near Rock Harbour in the city center is part of a national project. Prince Albert II visited the archeological sites

Prince Albert II visited the Sierra d’Atapuerca archaeological dig, in Spain on July 26th. There, he discovered the fossil remains of the first human beings to have settled in Europe around a million years ago. He also visited the sites “El Portalon”, “Sima del Elefante” and “El Fantasma”. After that Prince Albert II went to the city of Burgos in order to see the remains of the museum of Human Evolution.



Monaco’s Embassy in US organises reception to celebrate anniversary of H.S.H. Prince Albert II’s accession and Grace of Monaco: Princess in Dior exhibition

On 19 July 2022, Monaco’s Ambassador to the United States held a reception both to celebrate the anniversary of H.S.H. Prince Albert II’s accession and to mark forty years since the death of Princess Grace, whose timeless style and elegance are on display to the public at the Hillwood Museum Estate and Gardens through the Grace of Monaco: Princess in Dior exhibition.

H.E. Ms Maguy Maccario Doyle, Monaco’s Ambassador to the United States and Canada, welcomed a hundred guests from the worlds of diplomacy, politics and culture. They included the Ambassadors of France, Jordan, Portugal, Slovakia, Rwanda and Yemen, officials from the White House and State Department, representatives from cultural institutions such as the Kennedy Center, the Smithsonian Institution, the Motion Picture Association of America and the Princess Grace Foundation–USA, and the Executive Director of the Hillwood Museum.

In her speech, the Ambassador invited her guests to raise a toast to the work of H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince in the fields of the environment, sustainable development and the arts, and to the memory of Princess Grace of Monaco. (Source: www.gouv.mc)

Princess Stephanie and her family participated in the 2022 Fight Aids Summer Gala

The Fight Aids Monaco’s charity summer gala 2022 took place at the Monte-Carlo Sporting in Monaco on July 24. The Summer Gala became the first great event of the year that raised the funds that are essential for carrying out the Association’s works and initiatives. Princess Stephanie and her family, Pauline Ducruet, Louis Ducruet, Marie Ducruet and Camille Gottlieb participated in the Fight Aids Gala 2022 that involved a concert given by the band ‘Queen Machine’, accompanied by the London Rock Symphonic Orchestra.
