Chanel Cruise Show arrives in Miami from Monaco complete with its refined atmosphere
Renewing the Riviera spirit of freedom and refinement, the CHANEL Cruise 2022/23 collection, designed by Virginie Viard and revealed for the first time at Monte-Carlo Beach in May 2022, tells a story of seaside elegance. The new CHANEL Cruise 2022/23 show in Florida on November 4th brought together the refined and cosmopolitan atmospheres of Monaco and Miami.
14 years after its first show in sunny Miami, Chanel returned to the American city where it had opened a 7,600 square metre boutique in the Design District in December 2021.
Pharrell Williams, Lily-Rose Depp, Marion Cotillard, Phoebe Tonkin, Caroline de Maigret, Arden Cho, Ella Balinska and Nile Rodgers, ambassadors and friends of the Fashion House, were present at the fashion show in Miami Beach, on the beach of the Faena Hotel for the 2022/23 Cruise collection.
The collection was planned to have already arrived in shops in early November 2022, at the same time as the show.
Back to Monaco…
When the collection was represented in Monaco, it was attended by members of the princely family. Princess Caroline of Hanover, Charlotte Casiraghi, Pauline Ducruet and Tatiana Santo Domingo were at the Chanel Cruise 2023 show in Monaco on 5th May. Charlotte Casiraghi is the brand ambassador and spokesperson for the Chanel fashion house.
Inspired by the cosmopolitan beach lifestyle of Monte-Carlo and Chanel’s history in the Côte d’Azur, the fashion show took place on Monaco’s beach and revealed a collection combining beachside sportswear and modern glamour.
